A Hundred Centipedes
03:36
|
|||
We'll catch a hudred centipedes
Searching under the roots of trees.
Gently, their feet swim in the dark
Until we lift their roof of bark.
I see them run into the light:
Years past, they had forgot the sight.
One head face east, one head face west.
Which way to catch them seems the best?
Unnumbered legs march forward,
From left to right, from left to right.

The Soviet Youth

They once told me:
"There is no happier youth in the world than the Soviet Youth!"
And when I heard this simple words I saw:
The falling sky,
The falling clouds,
The falling stars,
The falling night,
The falling sparks,
The falling shards,
The falling crown over my head,
The falling lights
The falling rights
The falling dove
The fall in love
The falling tears
The falling fears (Of volunteers)
The falling burning meteorite.
And I saw them falling, falling,
Falling towards my head.
And I saw them falling, falling,
Falling over my head.
Missing parts of my brain
Where now raining towards me.
They once told me:
There was no happier youth in the world than the Soviet Youth...
...Than the Soviet Youth...

El bosque susurra suspiros del alma;
El alma perdida en un bosque esmeralda.
La espalda que cruje del árbol que truena
Y yo me voy triste mientras que mi hijo sueña.

Oh Mountain
05:41
|
|||
Right by the city there was a mountain
The boy watched as it rained.
"Oh, mother! Oh, mother! Take me to the mountain."
"Wait for tomorrow, the mountain'll be there."
Oh, how he wished to be the mountain.
He wished for it by night and day.
As he couldn't go to the mountain,
He plead the mountain to come his way.
"Oh, mother! Don`t bother,
The mountain is coming."
"Boy, when will you learn,
Talk with your father."
"Oh, father! Oh, father!
The mountain is coming."
"Oh, no, my boy.
The mountain`s still there."
As no one believed him,
The boy took cover
And waited for his fate
Inside the cupboard.
"I think the mountain is coming towards us;
I smell the snow and the dirt."
Mattress of ashes now cover his wrists.
Sunken words beneath the mist.

Shade of the Sea
04:40
|

i woke up when you were sleeping.
the sun was up,
but it still was freezing.
i went outside to the garden,
i took some rest there beneath the shade of the sea.
the shore was calm,
the water sleepy.
she spoke three words & i hold them quickly.
i saw the sun & it was golden
& i took some rest
beneath the shade of the sea.
i hold my breath & the waves wove past me.
sparkling threads of light danced above me.
i fell asleep
under the sea,
i fell asleep under the sea,
i fell asleep
under the sea.
